Thank you, We wanted new Gas lighting installed and knew who to call and contacted the good people at Steve’s Plumbing.

Brian is such an experienced technician and tackled the job and the work was done flawlessly. The crew showed up to the job as planned, professional, helpful, and respectful of our property. The task required new gas lines, mounting new fixtures outside, and entering crawl space. You performed the job better than anticipated start to finish without damage or repairs needed to existing walls or surfaces. All was cleaned up when they left, leaving no signs they were there other than a job well done.

Nick D. was great! He was very thorough and explained each problem identified. He was much better than Al S. who originally came out and told us there was nothing wrong with the furnace, it was just running loud because this had been a rough winter, and it’s an older unit. We were charged $150 service call for nothing, but he claimed he cleaned the furnace. Needless to say the furnace went completely out 2 days later. Which in all fairness, I believe that $150 should have been applied to our account being that Al S. was negligent in his assessment. Nonetheless, Nick D. and his partner were great! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and did an outstanding job. Thanks guys!

Josh did a great job today fixing my shower issue that I was having.

He was fast and friendly and explained in detail of what may be needed to repair the issue and worse case scenarios. Luckily it was an easier repair than what it could have been.

Definitely will recommend Steve’s plumbing to friends and family in need of plumbing needs.

Steve's Plumbing is an amazing company! I have used them in the past for plumbing issues. I called in for a no heat issue that I have been dealing with. Office staff worked promptly to get a technician out right away. Nick and Mason arrived and found that I had a cracked heat exchanger which could have been very dangerous for me and my family.

Technicians were able to install a new furnace in my home that day! I'm so blessed to be able to depend on a company that is trustworthy and reasonable. They are the definition of " Experts you can count on " Thank you Steve's Plumbing for everything.

This company was recommended to us. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the cost was in line with other estimates for this area. The crew was respectful of our property and the ongoing problem with sewer pipes below our basement floor was resolved. My only minor concern was that I wish the follow up that was needed after the new concrete had cured had been better explained to the second crew that was sent out to finish up, since no members of the original crew returned to view the completed work. After a few communications back and forth to the office, all work was checked and completed in a satisfactory manor.

Today, I had the best experience with hiring a plumber from Steve’s Plumbing. Joshua and Noah came to fix my running toilet and install hose Bibb vacuum breaker on outside faucets. Both Joshua and Noah were extremely professional, down to earth, and salt of the earth men/employees. They did not try and sell me anything I didn’t need to fatten the bill whatsoever. They did not track dirt inside my house and they cleaned up behind themselves. They both made this a very pleasant experience and made repairs in record time. I would call them for future repairs. This was my second time doing business with them. Zack and Aaron came out to help me out with a two year old mystery. Within 5 minutes they had the problem and offered the solution. In the past, I’ve had two other companies come and give their opinions and they were talking putting in systems with astronomical prices. Steve's Plumbing replumbed our recently purchased home throughout, and they did a great job. We have had other vendors out working on other things in the house and they complimented how clean the PEX was installed. Even when there was a small miscommunication with the scheduling, the office team squeezed the schedule to get the water back on as quickly as possible. The service tech even came back out after we had gas service started to check the gas lines for any leaks and get the water heater lit after we tried multiple times to light it on our own. The bid was very fair for the quality of work and follow up they provided, and we will plan on having them do projects for us in the future.

Steve’s Plumbing & Excavating LLC came out to fix my tenant’s furnace, which was perfect timing since winter was clearly trying to finish us off. They showed up fast, charged a price that didn’t make me question my life choices, and actually fixed the problem the first time. Heat was restored, tenant was happy, and I didn’t have to hear about it again win all around. If you want fast service, great prices, and people who get it done without drama, these are your guys. I cannot say enough good things about Steve’s plumbing. I recently renovated my bathroom which required a new tub and new hardware through the tile. I called Steve’s to set my bathtub and they helped with problems I didn’t even know were there, soldering pipes, and reworking my drain system. We tried to “do it ourselves” and once we messed that up… They came right out AGAIN and helped me fix a problem that we created. Word to the wise, don’t do your own plumbing just call Steve’s. Thank you for the two plumbers who were very professional and kind in our chaos.

Steve’s plumbing came out, gave me an estimate for repairs, and was on the job in less than a week. They showed up on time and prepared. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered very professionally. I had to have sewage lines replaced outside and inside, plus drain lines replaced inside and rerouted.

All the crew worked well together and very professional. It was a pretty large job and was completed in about 7 hours. I’m very happy with the company and would use them again in the future.

I highly recommend this company.
